Mr. Dyer is a national co-leader for the Healthcare Domain and Property Casualty for USI National Insurance Brokerage. He has been the vice president of the Healthcare Management Services at Kibble & Prentice. Mr. Dyer has served as a colonel in the Army National Guard. During this time, he was awarded the Federal Humanitarian Service Award for his service in the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. He has also served on the Washington exchange board and tackles health care reform issues.
Mr. Dyer served in the Washington House of Representatives for three terms beginning in 1993. During his time in office, he chaired the Health Care Committee.
Mr. Dyer is a Washington native and was the first mayor of Sammamish when it became a city.
