Bradley Park in Puyallup

Bradley Park in Puyallup

Land has been purchased adjacent to Bradley Park near South Hill Mall to create the first not-for-profit, CCRC (continuing care retirement community) in East Pierce County. Reaching the $7 million funding goal will make this $65 million vision, a community need and not just a want, a reality.

Lea Hill in Auburn

Lea Hill Rehabilitation & Care Center

Over $2 million has been raised in support to build the $10.6 million Rehabilitation & Care Center, completing the campus. $1.5 million is now needed to fund Circle of Concern, which will provide financial support for qualifying residents who have outlived their resources through no fault of their own.

Des Moines Redevelopment Updates

  • The first phase of The Gardens redevelopment will include 32 new cottages and the brownstown building.
  • The Terrace lobby renovation is scheduled for February 2016 and will include a bistro and a new fitness center.
