Carmen Tieu

Carmen has over 11 years of experience in senior living, having previously served in a leadership role at a large continuing care retirement community.

Her experience includes supporting residents and staff across multiple levels of care, helping strengthen cross campus coordination and advancing program development. She enjoys creating and implementing initiatives that enhance both resident engagement and staff experience, and she is committed to guiding these efforts at a strategic, campus wide level. Carmen holds a BS in Technical Communication and a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington and grew up in Seattle, though she now lives in Auburn.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and exploring the outdoors with her three boys, who keep her active and always ready for the next adventure.
