Fall Reflections as We Move Toward the Future

Fall Is a Time for Change — and Wesley Is on the Move

This season, Wesley’s headquarters is moving from Kent to Federal Way. With communities across the South Sound, our new location places our leadership team closer to the people and places we serve every day. While few members of the public visit our corporate office, it’s the central hub from which we support all of Wesley’s communities.

As we settle into this new space, it’s a natural moment to reflect on what truly makes a place feel like home.

For hundreds of older adults and their families, Wesley communities are more than just places to live. They’re warm, welcoming environments where friendships form, support is close at hand, and people feel they belong. For our staff and extended Wesley family, these are
places where purpose and connection thrive.

Wesley President & CEO, Kevin Anderson, shares this reflection on the season:

“Fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year—a time to enjoy each day, appreciate the beauty around us, and reflect on life’s many blessings. Thanksgiving, especially, is a time to come home, to be with family and friends. At Wesley, we welcome you to our home. We are grateful for you and hope you feel the warmth of the season. May you have a blessed Thanksgiving.”

Wherever you find yourself this fall—whether in a new home, new role, or just turning over a new leaf—we invite you to be part of this season of belonging with us at Wesley.
