COVID-19 Update: The health and safety of our health and home care (HHC) clients and staff is our first priority. Since early March, all HHC staff are screened daily for fever and symptoms prior to starting work. Clients are also screened to protect HHC staff and other clients. We are fortunate to have adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) and require its use by staff for all in home visits.
Wesley Home Health provides reliable skilled nursing and personal care in your own home. Choose privacy and comfort at home with individualized attention.
