Home Health and Home Care by Wesley

Stay Independent
in Your Home

COVID-19 Update: The health and safety of our health and home care (HHC) clients and staff is our first priority. Since early March, all HHC staff are screened daily for fever and symptoms prior to starting work. Clients are also screened to protect HHC staff and other clients. We are fortunate to have adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) and require its use by staff for all in home visits.

Choose care in the setting that suits you — your own home. Wesley offers services to residents on our campuses and to people in their own homes throughout King and Pierce counties. Health & Home Care services are flexible to meet your needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
