Wesley Bradley Park in Puyallup
East Brownstone
Landscaping is finally in, and the East Brownstone at Wesley Bradley Park is looking more like a residence than a construction zone. Inside, the finishing touches are being applied to apartments and community spaces. Once we receive our Certificate of Occupancy in mid-October, the furniture and artwork will be installed. We’ll begin giving tours of the building. Our first move ins are scheduled for November 2 with multiple moves each day through the end of the year.

Of special note are the outdoor kitchen pavilion, bocce ball court and putting green installed in the back. This promises to be a fun new social space for the whole community. Inside, the game room and club room are just about ready for installation of furniture as well as the exciting golf simulator.
All residents have access to the amenities in the East Brownstone. If you’ve been on the fence about selecting your Brownstone apartment, now is the time to act. We also have apartments in the West Brownstone for those that are ready to move now.
When you reserve a Brownstone apartment during October, Wesley Bradley Park and Boush Moving & Storage Inc. will provide $2,500 total toward your moving expenses. Please see offer details below.*

Wesley Spring Glen

We received exciting news from King County in September. We were told that reviewers completed their review of Wesley Spring Glen and approved the project! They are now “working on getting the plans finalized for approval” and awaiting some final items from us to issue the permit.
Once the permit is issued, Wesley has up to two years to begin construction. Our next hurdle is securing financing and finalizing the construction price. We are working with our lenders to finance the community. It is an expensive project at close to $250 million. Our lenders want to be certain that Wesley is in a position of strength before taking on this debt.
We are still hopeful to start construction next spring, but it is likely to be spring 2028. Site work for this building is extensive and requires that we start construction in spring to keep from incurring wet weather conditions and costs. We will keep you informed as we learn more. Construction will take approximately 2.5 years.
*Offer applies only for those who reserve during October 2026. Up to $2,500 available as reimbursement for eligible moving expenses. May not be applied toward rent, deposits, fees or other residency costs.
