Wesley Bradley Park: East Brownstone
The East Brownstone is entering its final month of construction, with move-ins expected to begin around November 2. Landscaping, final site work, and inspections are all underway as we prepare for occupancy.
We are excited to see the outdoor kitchen pavilion, bocce ball court and putting green installed in the back. It’s a fun new social space for the whole community. Inside, the game room and club room are just about ready for furniture and the exciting golf simulator.
Future residents of the East Brownstone have selected their move in dates and are now getting ready for their move. If you’ve been on the fence about selecting your apartment, now is the time to act.

Wesley Des Moines: Creekside
Walsh Construction is making great progress and pushing to having all concrete poured by the Thanksgiving holiday. We are finalizing the customization options for those who have reserved apartments and expect to have these selections ready this month. Future residents who sign up before the end of the year are able to choose their color scheme; select flooring and window treatments; upgrade cabinets, countertops and appliances; and add electrical outlets and shower doors. You’ll want to act quickly as the customization window only goes through the end of this year.

Wesley Spring Glen
Our development team continues to work with King County for the permit. We have submitted the latest responses back to the County and are hopeful the permit will be issued soon.
Based on permitting, site requirements and financing, the site work required for this building is extensive. We must start in spring to keep from incurring wet weather conditions and costs. We are still working toward a spring 2027 start of construction but there is a possibility it could push to spring 2028. Construction will take approximately 2.5 years.
