As Wesley continues to expand our continuum, we bring more living options and services to older adults in the South Sound area.
Wesley Bradley Park Phase II
Construction is underway on the East Brownstone! Soon there will be an additional 67 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments between 1,000 and 1,600 square feet. The concrete walls of the underground garage are being poured this week and next week. Waterproofing is happening around the footings, walls and elevator pit.
We have received approval from the Department of Health for the plans for the Barndt Family Rehabilitation & Care Center. The plans are currently in review by the City of Puyallup, and we hope to receive our building permit soon. These approvals will help us stay on schedule to begin construction this spring, running concurrently with the East Brownstone.
We are now accepting reservations for the East Brownstone. The first 10 families to reserve an apartment will receive our early bird move-in package valued up to $5,000. Contact us today to learn more!
Wesley Des Moines Phase IV
We are in the process of remodeling the second floor of The Terrace into 18 new apartments. In addition to these newly renovated apartments, residents will enjoy a Club Room, Lounge, Puzzle Room, Solarium, Studio Theater and a Train Room. The current schedule has us opening this floor for move-ins at the end of July.
The Terrace Auditorium and dining room are also part of the Phase IV renovation. A new Performing Arts Center, grill and bistro will complement the upgraded dining experience with more options. Residents from the Des Moines Acting R Age group are providing valuable insight into modifications of the space.
Wesley Des Moines Phase V – Creekside
Even more residential options are coming to Wesley Des Moines. InSite Architects is designing a new independent building where the former health center still stands. The four-story Creekside building will have approximately 100 new residences and parking. Similar to the Brownstone Lifestyle, Creekside offers a la carte dining, monthly housekeeping, and a club room for group gatherings and entertaining. Plans are in progress, and we hope to start construction later this year.
Wesley Spring Glen
We continue to work with our development team and King County with hopes of starting construction in 2026 and opening in late 2028. Our architect is modifying the previous plans by removing the offices previously identified for Nativity Lutheran Church. As new drawings are developed, we will share them on our website and in this monthly eWesley update.
We are accepting reservations. If you are interested in becoming a member of our Priority Reservation List, please contact us using the form below.
