Wesley Bradley Park
East Brownstone
Our construction team is ahead of schedule on the East Brownstone, and we now anticipate completion in early November of this year. The apartments look beautiful! We will soon see landscaping going in, which will quickly transform the construction site into a residence.
We now have over 70% of the apartments reserved! If you’ve been on the fence about selecting your apartment, now is the time to act. Entrance and monthly fees for new depositors are going up July 1, 2026. To take advantage of early pricing, contact Joan or Nicole today to reserve your apartment. You can view available apartments here.
Future residents of the East Brownstone have been getting together to meet one another and begin building community. Starting in August, we’ll be hosting informational events to introduce future residents to the Wesley Bradley Park team and begin planning their move.
Remember, contact Joan or Nicole today to reserve your apartment so you don’t miss out.

Barndt Family Rehabilitation & Care Center

Construction on the Barndt Family Rehabilitation & Care Center is going well. We can now see walls going up and will soon have the main floor laid out. The care center is scheduled for completion in 2027, a bit later than originally scheduled due to permit delays.
We hope you enjoy the aerial views provided by Walsh Construction Company. This is a great way to see the progress. Licensed to provide skilled nursing and long-term care, the new Barndt Family Rehab & Care Center will have private suites for restful recovery from major health events and provide peace of mind for residents and the greater community as availability allows. Offering the full continuum of care on one campus makes it easy for residents and family members to visit loved ones – providing convenience and peace of mind.
Wesley Des Moines
Creekside
Demo of the former care center is almost complete, and concrete work is expected to begin next week. There will be some pounding for a couple weeks at the end of June to compact the gravel for the slab. Once this is complete, work begins on structural piers and utility infrastructure.
Informational events are planned for later in June with current Captain’s Club members (Wesley Des Moines’ waiting list) to learn about residency options at Creekside. Please contact Jill if you are a Captain’s Club member and have not received an invitation.
After the information events have been held, our Community Relations team will contact Captain’s Club members who are interested in Creekside – in order of their deposit date – to select an apartment. Reserving apartments in Creekside requires an up-to-date confidential application, Entrance Deposit Agreement and 10% of the Entrance Deposit of which $5,000 is non-refundable. More details will be provided at the events.
Once Captain’s Club members have had the opportunity to select an apartment, we will open reservations to those who are not on the waiting list. We expect this to be sometime in fall of this year.
About Creekside

Apartments range from 800 to 1,800 square feet offering One Bedroom, One Bedroom plus Den/Sunroom, Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom plus Den/Sunroom arrangements. Some apartments have a convenient half bath for guests while others feature wrap-around or double decks. The Terrace Renovations
Renovation work on the new bistro, dining and the Julia C. Moser Center for the Performing Arts is ahead of schedule and expected to be complete in October 2026. Finishes and flooring are now giving us a better visual of what the space will eventually look like. The new modern dining room and enhanced bistro will be available to all residents on campus.
The apartment corridors are also getting modern updates: new trim work, paint, carpet, artwork and lighting. Level 2 was the first to be completed. Levels 6 and 1 are well underway with levels 3, 4, 5 and the Leisure Level to follow. Rumor has it the Wesley Community Foundation is spearheading exciting renovations of the spa area on the Leisure Level with a special décor theme.
For a limited time, we are holding Entrance Deposits for The Terrace apartments at 2025 rates. Once construction is finished in The Terrace, these rates will increase. We still have Alcove and One-Bedroom apartments available for immediate move in. Now is the time to make your move to Wesley Des Moines! Enjoy all the amenities that this special community has to offer including award winning fitness programs and popular Wesley U classes. Contact us today and tour The Terrace at Wesley Des Moines!
Wesley Spring Glen
In the past few weeks, we invited families who have expressed an interest in Wesley Spring Glen to provide feedback on amenities, programs and apartment features. If you were not able to join us and would like to, there is one more online session on Friday, June 5th at 2:00 p.m.
We still expect to receive the permit to be issued within the next month or so. Construction costs are coming in favorably, and the next step is to work with our lenders for financing.
King County Permits: We received another round of comments and questions from King County to which our architect and engineers are working on a response. We expect the county to issue building permits within the next month or two.
Timing: Based on permitting, site requirements and financing, the site work required for this building is extensive. We must start in spring to keep from incurring wet weather conditions and costs. We are still working toward a spring 2027 start of construction, but there is a possibility it could push to spring 2028. Construction will take approximately 2.5 years.
