In addition to adding the Barndt Family Rehabilitation & Care Center and indoor swimming pool, Wesley Bradley Park is planning a new Brownstone building as part of its Phase II development.
Wesley’s Brownstone apartment buildings offer the ultimate in independence. Brownstone residents have access to all the numerous amenities and services at a Wesley community. They love the special fellowship that develops amongst Brownstone residents.
“Because it’s a smaller building, we bonded rather quickly with our neighbors. We felt a part of something right away.”
Brownstone resident Rick S.
With full kitchens, decks and patios, underground parking and ample storage space, the spacious apartments in the new Brownstone at Bradley Park will range from 1,050 to 1,600 square feet. Like the existing Brownstone, the new one will have a Club Room and storage space.
“We are excited about the new Game Room that’s planned,” said Community Relations Director Joan Engle. “I talk to a lot of golfers who are eager to use the golf simulator and the outdoor putting green that are shown in the plans. Plus, there will be a covered BBQ pavilion and more social areas. People want these things so they can enjoy time together.”
Brownstone living at Wesley offers freedom from the hassles of home maintenance and repairs. There are many opportunities to develop long-lasting friendships, including dining. A meal plan isn’t required for residents in the Brownstone. But delicious dining is available in the community’s restaurant and bistro.
Everyone on campus can take advantage of Wesley’s fitness program, Wesley U classes, and social gatherings. Bradley Park even has its own yacht club!
You don’t have to wait for the new Brownstone to enjoy Brownstone living at Wesley Bradley Park. A limited number of apartments are available now, including our largest Bainbridge floorplan. At just over 1,800 square feet, this 2+ bedroom apartment is beautifully appointed with a brand new fireplace and delightful sunroom.
