Neal Martino

Neal Martino joined Wesley as Vice President of People in 2020. He brings a passion for workforce optimization and a belief the workplace is what we make of it. Neal earned a Master of Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has earned numerous certifications within human resources including certified leadership facilitator, change management practitioner and total rewards specialist. Neal is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He was honored with the Excellence in the Workplace award from LeadingAge Washington for the impact he has created on the employee experience at Wesley.
