Since 2003, Wesley Health & Home Care has provided personalized, in-home care to Wesley residents and clients in their own homes in King and Pierce counties. Today, in-home services include home care for non-medical care, physician-directed home health, and palliative care. Wesley Hospice, serving King County, received licensing to also serve residents in Pierce County last year.

Leadership & Growth
Last fall, Wesley announced Kelly Pajinag as the executive director of Wesley Health & Home Care after long-time director Melinda Moore retired. Kelly brings his depth of home health and hospice leadership, driving patient satisfaction to Wesley’s Health & Home Care.
“Wesley’s culture is exceptional, and I am excited to be a part of their growth, quality, and service. My goal is to strengthen the continuum of care by enhancing the growth and visibility of our in-home services,” said Kelly. “We want to become the provider of choice for home health and hospice by bringing our services to clients in their home at Wesley or the greater community. Clients can be cared for where they want and where they can thrive toward better health and independence.”
As executive director, Kelly is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling resources for the efficient and quality operation of Wesley’s in-home care services and Wesley Hospice. On Wesley campuses, Kelly oversees the management of Wesley’s signature Catered Living program provided to residents in The Commons neighborhood of each Wesley campus.

Offering critical end-of-life services, Wesley Hospice rounds out Wesley’s continuum of care. Working together, an interdisciplinary team provides medical, physical, emotional and spiritual support for families with a holistic approach. Their goal is to make the last months of a person’s life a peaceful and calming time.
Wesley Health & Home Care provides reliable, skilled nursing and personal care throughout King and Pierce counties. In the privacy and comfort of the client’s own home, qualified professionals provide nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, personal care assistance, home health aide services, geriatric care management, and medical social work service. Long-term services include medication management and medical care for chronic illnesses or a terminal diagnosis.
