Wesley Bradley Park Phase II
We are excited to share that we have received the building permit for the Barndt Family Rehabilitation & Care Center from the City of Puyallup and construction is now underway at both ends of the Bradley Park campus.

Work is progressing quickly at the East Brownstone—contractors are already putting the roof on the third floor! “The next few months will be a ‘roof show,’” says Anthony Mizen, Walsh Construction Superintendent. “Windows are coming in, too, which will allow us to enclose the building and keep it dry when the rains come.”
As a reminder, the customization period is underway and the countdown to the November 2025 deadline is fast approaching. If you’ve been considering an apartment in the East Brownstone, now is the time to reserve. Come see our finish boards showing color schemes and upgrade options—there’s only a short window left to select preferred appliances, flooring, countertops, and window treatments.
Contact Wesley Bradley Park today at (253) 354-7466
or fill out our online form.
Congratulations to the first 16 families who have already reserved! For those still deciding, don’t wait—new reservations are coming in every week, and specific apartments are going quickly. Check availability on our interactive map.

Visitor Note: Parking is limited due to construction, but we have reserved guest spots in front of the Lodge and Brownstone. One-lane traffic will soon begin in front of the West Brownstone, so please use the entrance behind Lowe’s whenever possible. To reserve your apartment, contact Joan or Nicole at (253) 354-7466.
Wesley Des Moines
The Terrace dining room and auditorium renovation is expected to begin in October. Plans are in final review with subcontractors, the City of Des Moines, and the Department of Health.
When complete, The Terrace will feature the Julia C. Moser Performing Arts Center, a modernized dining room, and an enhanced bistro. “We’re bringing The Terrace up to date,” said Kevin Anderson, Wesley President & CEO. “It will feel as new as the rest of the campus with these improvements.” Read More about The Terrace renovations.
Wesley Des Moines Phase V – Creekside
InSite Architects is designing a new independent living building for the Wesley Des Moines campus where the former care center still stands. Creekside will feature 106 apartments across four floors above one level of parking. Similar to our Brownstone model, Creekside will offer à la carte dining, monthly housekeeping, and a club room for gatherings and events. Our construction team is finalizing apartment plans, financial projections, and drawings, while also coordinating the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Permit documents are with the City of Des Moines and we expect to start construction toward the end of March, 2026.
With nearly 400 families already on the Des Moines priority reservation list, Creekside will meet a clear need for more housing and expand opportunities to be part of this vibrant community.
Wesley Spring Glen

The Wesley Spring Glen team continues to work with King County on permitting and design refinements. One recent change expands the fitness center. “Physical fitness is very important to Wesley residents,” said Christine Tremain, VP of Marketing & Development. “The additional space provides a more functional area for our fitness program.”
Landscape plans are also being adjusted for cost efficiency and to better support the activities residents want to enjoy outdoors.
We expect more updates on permitting and construction timelines in the coming months—watch your email and eWesley for the latest news.
