Wesley Spring Glen is now accepting priority reservation deposits.

Are you interested in signing up for Wesley Spring Glen in Renton? We begin accepting priority reservation deposits this month. This is the first step toward reserving your apartment when the time comes.

In support of the popular Wesley lifestyle, Wesley Spring Glen has ample amenities: a movie theater, a creativity center, dedicated space for wood crafts, a club room for games and socializing and a fitness center for individual or classroom workouts. Outdoor walking trails, resident gardens and a pickleball court take advantage of the natural setting.

Dining options include our Wesley bistro, a large dining room overlooking the wooded scenery of Molasses Creek and a private dining room for small groups.

Amenity spaces include a pickleball court, a creativity center, a hair and nail salon, a movie theater and more.

Wesley Spring Glen will include 165 residential apartments ranging from approximately 780 square feet to almost 1,700 square feet. As with other Wesley communities, additional care will be available through our signature Catered Living program, memory care assisted living and a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with private suites.

Plans are currently in review with King County. We expect to have permits this spring and begin construction this summer. Marketing materials, including floor plans and pricing, will be available soon. We’ll begin reserving apartments within the next few months.
