Wesley Bradley Park Phase II
We are so close to receiving the building permit for the Barndt Family Rehabilitation & Care Center from the City of Puyallup and expect to have it within the next two weeks. Once we receive the permit, construction will happen in both locations at Wesley Bradley Park. While parking is tight with all the construction movement, we still welcome visitors to the campus and have reserved some guest parking in front of The Lodge and Brownstone for those interested in meeting with Joan or Nicole. Pay attention to the one lane traffic in front of the West Brownstone, and use the entrance behind Lowes whenever possible.

The walls are going up on the East Brownstone! In the video above, the framing allows us to see the building taking shape. This means that the customization period is underway, and the countdown to the fall 2025 deadline is fast approaching. If you’ve been considering an apartment in the East Brownstone, now is the time to reserve!
Our boards showing color schemes and upgrade options are in. You only have a couple of months to select your preferred color scheme and upgrades such as appliances, flooring, countertops and window treatments. Hurry, there are only a few months left before these options go away.
Congratulations to our first 12 families to deposit for the new East Brownstone! For those who have yet to choose your home, what are you waiting for? We have new reservations coming in every week so don’t delay if you have a specific apartment in mind!
Wesley Des Moines Phase IV

With a stunning club room, intimate studio theater and model train room, the renovations to the second floor in The Terrace are now complete! New, beautiful one- and two-bedroom independent apartments are now occupying this floor. New residents began moving into the new second floor on August 1, and we expect to have everyone moved in by the end of the month. If you are interested in reserving an apartment in The Terrace, please contact Lindsay at (206) 870-1205. There are only 2 apartments remaining on the second floor, so call today!
Now that the remodeling of the second floor is complete, crews will move to the first floor to start renovating The Terrace Auditorium, dining room and kitchen. With valuable resident input, plans are taking shape for the new Julia C. Moser Performing Arts Center. Early peeks of the design show a wonderful transformation. Check out our article about the next steps in the renovations at The Terrace.
Wesley Des Moines Phase V – Creekside
InSite Architects is designing a new independent building for the Des Moines campus where the former care center still stands. Creekside will have 106 apartments on four floors over one level of parking. The Creekside Lifestyle will be similar to the Brownstone Lifestyle offering a la carte dining, monthly housekeeping and a club room for group gatherings and entertaining.

We’ve been finalizing apartment plans, financial projections and architectural drawings. Our construction team is collaborating with subcontractors to design the mechanical, electrical and plumbing for Creekside. Permit documents are with The City of Des Moines. We expect to start construction toward the end of March 2026.
Creekside will be an amazing addition to the Des Moines campus, providing much needed housing for older adults. With almost 400 families on the Priority Reservation List at Des Moines, there is a clear need for additional housing. Creekside will help fulfill the need and bring more opportunities to be part of the Wesley Des Moines community.
Wesley Spring Glen

Last month, we shared some of the changes inside the Town Center at Wesley Spring Glen. This month, we get to show you some preliminary exterior concepts. See the before (on the left) and after (on the right) of the front and back of the Town Center:
We continue to work with our development team and King County. The county has stated that they want to see Wesley Spring Glen move forward. Our civil team is working diligently to provide final information to King County by the beginning of September. Assuming the permit is issued this fall, we expect to start construction in the first half of 2026 which would have us opening in late 2028.
Editor’s Note:
As with most construction projects, this information is subject to change and the timelines mentioned in this post may not be current.
We are currently accepting Priority List reservations and anticipate restarting apartment reservations later this year. Contact us today if you are interested in getting on the list.
Stay tuned for more Wesley development updates.
